Billing and Refunds Policy

1. Deposits and platform balance

  • Deposits add platform credits to your Nexabee account.
  • Credits can only be used within Nexabee for available services.
  • Platform balance is not a bank account, not insured, and not withdrawable unless required by law.

2. Refund policy

  • All deposits are final and non-refundable.
  • No refunds are provided for unused balance, partially used balance, or completed services.
  • No refunds are provided if an account is suspended, restricted, or terminated due to abuse, fraud, violations, or legal risk.
  • Refunds may only occur where required by applicable law.

3. Crypto payments

  • Crypto transactions are irreversible.
  • You are responsible for correct wallet address, network, and transaction details.
  • We are not responsible for failed, delayed, or lost transactions due to user error or third-party systems.

4. Chargebacks and disputes

  • If fiat payments are introduced, transactions may be processed by third parties.
  • You agree not to initiate abusive or invalid chargebacks.
  • We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and recover associated costs.

5. Inactive accounts

Accounts inactive for 12 months may incur a $5 monthly maintenance fee where permitted by law.

6. Holds and investigations

  • We may freeze or restrict balances during fraud, abuse, or legal investigations.
  • We may offset debts or disputes against your account balance where allowed.
