- You must have full rights, permissions, and lawful basis to use any account, channel, group, dataset, list, content, wallet, or contact information used with Nexabee.
- You are responsible for all campaign inputs, messaging, automation logic, and data you provide.
- You must ensure your use complies with third-party platform rules (such as Telegram or X).
2. Prohibited conduct
- Spam, unsolicited messaging, deceptive campaigns, or misleading communications.
- Harassment, threats, hate content, scams, phishing, impersonation, or fraud.
- Use of stolen, scraped, or unlawfully obtained data, accounts, or infrastructure.
- Attempts to bypass platform restrictions, rate limits, moderation, or enforcement systems.
- Use of Nexabee to support illegal activity or regulatory violations.
- Any activity that may expose Nexabee, its operators, or users to legal, reputational, or financial risk.
3. Platform responsibility
Third-party platforms such as Telegram and X operate independently and enforce their own rules. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Nexabee complies with those platforms.
Nexabee is not responsible for account bans, content removal, throttling, visibility loss, or enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms.
4. Enforcement and restrictions
- We may investigate complaints, suspicious activity, or policy violations.
- We may pause, limit, reject, suspend, or terminate access at any time without prior notice.
- We may take action where we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud risk, legal exposure, or platform risk.
- We may retain logs, communications, account records, and billing data for compliance, investigation, and legal defense.
5. No workaround or abuse of system
- You may not attempt to bypass system safeguards, pricing logic, service limits, or operational protections.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with Nexabee systems.
